With the New Year approaching and our clients in the travel, leisure, and entertainment sectors ramping up for 2026, Mayday Recruitment is looking to expand our network of experienced business support professionals.

We partner with leading Australian and international travel, leisure, and entertainment brands, and are seeking talented individuals who have supported teams in hotels, resorts, leisure companies, travel operators, or entertainment businesses.

Whether you’re an experienced Receptionist, Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager, if you’ve worked in these sectors, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex diaries, emails, and schedules for executives and senior teams

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, and expense reconciliations

  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and internal documentation

  • Support onboarding of new employees and maintain office operations and supplies

  • Act as point of contact for clients, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders

  • Assist with events, tours, hospitality functions, and executive meetings

  • Provide executive-level support including briefing notes, meeting agendas, and follow-ups

  • Ensure seamless operations across multiple departments in fast-paced, dynamic environments

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in administrative or business support roles within travel, leisure, or entertainment organisations

  • Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing demands

  • Experience with MS Office, ERP systems, or other administrative tools

What We Offer
