Typical responsibilities may include:
-
Providing administrative, operational, or executive-level support to teams and senior leaders
-
Managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, documentation, and internal communications (role dependent)
-
Supporting workforce and people functions such as onboarding, compliance, rostering, HR administration, and employee queries
-
Assisting with finance tasks including invoicing, payroll support, reconciliations, billing, and reporting
-
Handling high-volume customer, client, or community enquiries via phone, email, and CRM systems
-
Coordinating projects and service delivery activities including documentation, tracking, and stakeholder updates
-
Maintaining accurate records, databases, and systems
-
Contributing to smooth day-to-day operations in fast-paced, high-volume environments
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
-
Previous experience in business support, administration, HR, finance, customer service, or contact centre roles
-
Exposure to NFP, community services, healthcare, disability, or aged care environments (highly regarded)

Strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach
-
High attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
-
Confidence using MS Office, CRM/HRIS, finance systems, or case management software
