Expression of Interest | Corporate & Business Support Roles – NFP, Community Services & Aged Care Administrators | Office Managers | Executive & Personal Assistants | HR | Finance | Sales | Customer Service | Call Centre

📍 Locations: Sydney CBD | North Sydney | Eastern Suburbs | Western Sydney
💼 Contract / Temporary | $35 – $60 per hour + super

At Mayday Recruitment, we’ve been working closely with a number of our clients across the not-for-profit, community services, charity, and aged care sectors on workforce planning, headcount growth, and upcoming project requirements.

With several large programs and transformation initiatives scheduled to kick off in early 2026 , we’re expanding our talent network of experienced business support professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact.

We partner with values-driven organisations delivering essential services across disability, mental health, housing, aged care, education, and community support – and we’re expecting strong demand across a wide range of corporate and operational support roles.

Roles we regularly recruit for include:

  • Administration Officers & Team Assistants

  • Executive Assistants & Personal Assistants

  • Office Managers & Practice Managers

  • HR Administrators, Coordinators & Advisors

  • Finance Officers, Accounts & Payroll

  • Sales Support & Relationship Coordinators

  • Customer Service & Contact Centre Officers

Typical responsibilities may include:

  • Providing administrative, operational, or executive-level support to teams and senior leaders

  • Managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, documentation, and internal communications (role dependent)

  • Supporting workforce and people functions such as onboarding, compliance, rostering, HR administration, and employee queries

  • Assisting with finance tasks including invoicing, payroll support, reconciliations, billing, and reporting

  • Handling high-volume customer, client, or community enquiries via phone, email, and CRM systems

  • Coordinating projects and service delivery activities including documentation, tracking, and stakeholder updates

  • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and systems

  • Contributing to smooth day-to-day operations in fast-paced, high-volume environments

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Previous experience in business support, administration, HR, finance, customer service, or contact centre roles

  • Exposure to NFP, community services, healthcare, disability, or aged care environments (highly regarded)

  • Strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach

  • High attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities

  • Confidence using MS Office, CRM/HRIS, finance systems, or case management software
