Key Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders, quotes, and follow-ups

• Handling enquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally

• Processing invoices and maintaining accurate customer records

• Providing exceptional end-to-end customer service

• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently

• Meeting performance targets and contributing to team goals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment

• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Experience using CRM or ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Pronto (advantageous)

• Ability to handle escalations and thrive in a fast-paced setting
