Typical Responsibilities

• Processing high-volume accounts payable and receivable
• Payroll processing (weekly, fortnightly or monthly)
• Reconciliations, invoicing and expense management
• Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
• Assisting with month-end and reporting
• Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
• Supporting finance managers with ad-hoc tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in AP, Payroll or Accounts Assistant roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• You’ll need hands-on experience in an accounts role within media, entertainment, travel or leisure environments.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Experience using finance systems and Excel
