You’ll take ownership of your portfolio, conducting site inspections, determining cause and extent of damage, appointing trades and specialists, and delivering a seamless end-to-end claims experience.

You’ll produce clear reports, manage stakeholders confidently, and ensure customers feel informed and supported every step of the way.

• Loss adjusting or claims experience

• OR a trades, property management, or similar background with transferable skills

• Strong communication skills and natural empathy

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

• The confidence to work autonomously

• A current, clean, Australian driver’s licence is needed
