About You
- Experience in facilities coordination or similar is essential, with a proven background in managing a variety of building management or facilities activities
- Visa holders welcome to apply – must be able to commit to 37.5 hours per week
- Candidates will ideally be able to commence a new assignment immediately
The Role
- Coordinate the delivery of hard facilities services, including planned and reactive maintenance across building services and assets
- Manage day-to-day maintenance requests, ensuring issues are prioritised, actioned and closed out within agreed timeframes
- Coordinate contractors and specialist service providers across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, lifts, building fabric and other essential services
- Schedule and monitor preventative and planned maintenance programs to ensure assets remain safe, compliant and operational
- Liaise with contractors to obtain quotes, coordinate works, monitor progress and ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed requirements
- Ensure facilities maintenance activities are delivered in line with relevant legislation, Australian Standards, WHS requirements and organisational policies
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand facilities requirements and communicate maintenance activities, disruptions and planned works
- Coordinate reactive incidents and escalate critical building or service issues where required
- Bring energy, curiosity and a hands-on approach to every facilities requirement
