Mayday Recruitment is partnering with one of Australia’s largest and most respected funeral and memorial park groups to find a Family Service Advisor to join their Pinegrove team.
About the RoleAs a Family Service Advisor, you’ll guide families through burial and cremation options with empathy and professionalism. You’ll manage appointments, host park tours, present plots and services, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process. All leads are provided—so your focus is on building meaningful relationships with families and fostering connections within the local community .
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Receive and follow up on leads, book appointments, and conduct park tours

Present burial and cremation sites, plaques, and memorial options with sensitivity

Complete administrative tasks, invoicing, and site research

Support funeral, burial, and cremation services when required

Learn the park and processes through a structured training and buddy system

Participate in on-call, rotating weekends as part of team coverage

Experience in a service-driven role (retail, hospitality, community services, funeral industry)

Comfort with grief, loss, and sensitive family situations

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and empathy

Current unrestricted driver’s licence

Confidence selling services and managing payments at the time of agreement

$65K + superannuation, plus uncapped incentives (2% above budget)

Monday to Friday, 8:30–5:00pm, with rotating weekends and on-call duties
