Key Responsibilities
- Meet with families to arrange funeral services with empathy, sensitivity and professionalism
- Coordinate all aspects of funeral planning, including liaising with service providers and suppliers
- Conduct and oversee funeral services, ensuring arrangements are carried out seamlessly
- Complete funeral documentation and administrative requirements accurately and efficiently
- Support day-to-day operational activities, including funeral attendance, transfers and vehicle operation
- Provide exceptional customer service to families, clients and stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards
