Managing a smaller operation, you will play a key role in supporting families, leading a small team, and overseeing the day-to-day running of the branch.
About the RoleAs Location Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a well-established funeral home. You will lead a small team, including supporting and mentoring developing arrangers, while ensuring exceptional service delivery to families during sensitive times.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be involved in all aspects of the business, from supporting families and attending services through to managing branch performance and community relationships.
You will also be responsible for maintaining strong local connections while ensuring the branch continues to operate efficiently and compassionately.

You will bring:
- Previous leadership or management experience within a service-driven environment
- Confidence leading and supporting a small team
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness with a basic understanding of budgets and branch performance
- A compassionate and empathetic approach
- The ability to confidently support families during difficult times
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A hands-on leadership style with willingness to be involved in day-to-day operations
- A current unrestricted driver’s licence
