We are seeking a confident and proactive HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in South Melbourne. This is a 1-month contract role, working full-time on-site (5 days per week), with an immediate start required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR enquiries
- Providing high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Booking and coordinating training sessions
- Liaising with clients and key stakeholders
- Supporting day-to-day HR administrative tasks
- Building strong working relationships across the business
- Previous experience in an HR Administration or similar role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident, proactive and solutions-focused
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A capable all-rounder who can hit the ground running
