We’re partnering with a well-regarded not-for-profit organisation located on the city fringe who are seeking an HR Advisor to join their team on a short-term contract. This is a great opportunity to step into a supportive HR team and make an immediate impact during a busy recruitment period.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with hiring managers to deliver an efficient and positive recruitment experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting hiring managers through the recruitment process
- Posting job advertisements and managing applications through PageUp
- Conducting candidate phone screens and coordinating interviews
- Supporting hiring managers with interview preparation and interview questions
- Providing guidance to managers throughout the recruitment process
- Responding to general HR queries via the HR inbox
- Supporting the broader HR team with general HR advisory tasks
- Previous experience in an HR Recruitment / Advisor role
- Experience working for a not-for-profit will be highly regarded
- Strong recruitment experience, ideally managing multiple roles at once
- Confidence partnering with hiring managers and providing recruitment advice
- Experience using PageUp or similar ATS (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to start immediately or at short notice
