About the role
We’re partnering with a well-regarded organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a short-term contract through to the end of July. This is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on, generalist role supporting a collaborative HR team during a busy period.
In this broad HR Advisor position, you will work closely with Business Partners and key stakeholders across the organisation, providing practical and timely HR support. You’ll be involved in a mix of operational and advisory work, with a strong focus on position evaluation and organisational structure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle
- Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver key people initiatives
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Review and update position descriptions
- Support role classification and reclassification processes
About you
- Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience reviewing position descriptions and job evaluations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Available to commence at short notice
