I’m partnering with a dynamic not-for-profit organisation supporting the disability sector, who are seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to join their team. You’ll be working with a diverse workforce, including people with lived experience of disability, in a pivotal role where you’ll manage complex employee relations cases from end-to-end and partner with leaders to drive best-practice HR strategies.
Your key responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees, acting as a trusted business partner
- Lead complex employee relations cases from investigation through to resolution
- Support organisational change and workforce planning initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Travel between sites as required, ensuring consistent support across the organisation
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a complex or unionised environment
- Strong capability in managing sensitive and complex ER matters
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Hands-on, practical approach and solution-focused mindset
- Lived experience of disability is highly encouraged – we value the unique perspectives and insight you bring
