An opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation based just north of the Melbourne CBD. This is a short-term contract where you will play a key role supporting leaders through a period of organisational change.
With hybrid work options available, this role is ideal for someone who can quickly build relationships, provide practical HR guidance, and support change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support
- Support organisational restructures and change processes
- Provide guidance on people-related matters and workforce planning
- Conduct talent mapping and support team redevelopment initiatives
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and implementation of changes
- Proven experience working as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
- Strong experience supporting restructures and organisational change
- Confident partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders
- Ability to step into a contract role and quickly add value
- Experience within the NFP or purpose-driven sector is highly regarded
- 6–8 week contract with an ASAP start
- Hybrid working environment
