The Role
- Coordinate and support people-related compliance and audit activities across multiple sites
- Manage documentation requests including contracts, awards, right-to-work checks and employee records
- Liaise with site leaders, managers and HR stakeholders to coordinate audit schedules and information gathering
- Support reporting activities and maintain accurate employee data and records
- Assist with compliance processes relating to customer and third-party audit requirements
- Build strong relationships across the business to ensure timely completion of people-related requests
- Provide HR administration and coordination support to the wider People & Performance team
- Support a range of people projects and gain exposure to broader HR initiatives
- Assist with employee lifecycle administration and ad hoc people-related activities as required
About You
- Previous experience in HR Administration, HR Coordination, Recruitment Coordination or a similar people-focused support role
- Eager to learn and motivated to build a long-term career in HR
- Naturally curious and comfortable asking questions
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Positive, approachable and confident building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proactive and solutions-focused with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Adaptable, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive and high-performing team
