We are partnering with a nationally recognised FMCG organisation that is seeking a full-time, permanent Injury Care Partner to join their dynamic team.
This newly created role, based in their Brisbane office, will see you play a key part in embedding best‑practice injury management processes and driving early intervention strategies. You’ll work closely with injured employees, people leaders, health practitioners, and insurers to ensure timely, supportive return‑to‑work outcomes.

About You
- Strong, hands‑on insurance experience, ideally gained within a similar organisation.
- Extensive return‑to‑work and injury management experience.
- Solid workers’ compensation and injury management background preferred.
- Exposure to end‑to‑end claims management.
- Experience within a self‑insurance environment.
- Background in allied health.
- Experience with SuccessFactors and Google Suite is beneficial, but not essential.
