About the Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, family-run insurance brokerage that has expanded strongly over the past 6 years across personal, commercial, SME, heavy motor, and transport insurance. Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, the business is now looking for an Insurance Broker Support / Broker to join their close-knit team.

You’ll step into a role with genuine exposure to an established portfolio, warm leads, and a strong referral-driven pipeline, allowing you to focus on relationship building, advice, and delivering quality outcomes for clients.

 


The Role

As an Insurance Broker Support / Broker, you will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of personal and commercial insurance clients while contributing to ongoing growth across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supporting an established portfolio of insurance clients
  • Handling new business enquiries, renewals, and endorsements
  • Building strong, long-term client relationships
  • Preparing quotes, policy documentation, and processing requirements
  • Liaising with insurers and underwriters to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-sell and portfolio growth
  • Supporting brokers and the wider team with day-to-day broking activities


About You

  • Experience in insurance broking or insurance support (personal, commercial, SME, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first approach
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Confident working with insurers, underwriters, and clients
  • Ability to manage priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Tier 1 qualification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
