Varied responsibilities across broking, client support, research, and insurance placement
Main responsibilities include:

Support senior brokers with client portfolio management.

Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.

Research insurance markets, prepare quotes, and negotiate with insurers.

Conduct risk assessments and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Assist with policy renewals to ensure ongoing, appropriate coverage.

Maintain accurate records of policies, interactions, and claim activity.

Support clients through claims and liaise with insurers for timely outcomes.

Stay informed on industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes.
The ideal candidate:

Previous experience in insurance or a strong customer service background an advantage, but no required.
Can sponsor for the right candidate - level of insurance or relevant experience required for sponsorship! -
Desire to build a career within the insurance space, and completion of tier 1 certificate as part of your training.

Highly organised with the ability to juggle competing priorities.

Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.

Confident using MS Office and digital systems.

A natural problem-solver with a proactive attitude.
