We are currently seeking a resilient and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to support with a high-profile workforce transition project, taking ownership of all things candidate-driven across a variety of states including WA, SA and NT.
Take ownership of building critical workforces across the country! This is project role which is running until the end of 2026, focussing on high-volume recruitment across blue-collar and junior roles.

The Role Working closely with Talent Leads and the wider project team, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting and engaging talent across frontline operational roles and blue-collar positions to support deployment activity across multiple locations - including regional areas
- Play a key role in ensuring each region is fully staffed and ready for go-live as services transition from an external provider to in-house management
- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns across Norther Territory, Western Australia and South Australia
- Source and attract candidates through a variety of engagement initiatives such as advertising, Seek searching and referral programs
- Screen and assess candidate suitability, whilst also ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Build strong talent pools that are ready for deployment
- Participate in regular project planning and workforce meetings
About You We're looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of high-volume, operational recruitment and is motivated by finding the best talent in competitive markets
- You'll have experience in recruiting high-volume positions, ideally across labour-hire, blue-collar or operational roles
- Strong sourcing capability, particularly through SEEK
- Experience in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Bonus points for experience in recruiting across regional areas
- A proactive and persistent approach to candidate attraction
- Resilience and the ability to maintain momentum during difficult sourcing periods
- The ability to work within a structured, project-driven environment
