We are seeking a Junior School Receptionist who brings warmth, professionalism, and a polished presence to this highly visible, front-facing role. This is a 3-week temporary assignment, ideal for someone who can step in and make an immediate impact.
About the role:
As the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors, you will set the tone for the Junior School experience being welcoming, organised, and impeccably presented. This is a role suited to someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering a seamless, high-quality front office experience.
Responsibilities:
- Providing a warm, professional welcome to students, parents, and visitors
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and daily reception enquiries with care and efficiency
- Coordinating student sign-ins/outs and supporting attendance processes
- Assisting with general administration and day-to-day coordination of the Junior School office
- Supporting staff and leadership with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Maintaining a calm, organised, and immaculate reception area at all times
- Work onsite within a prestigious college set on stunning, well-kept grounds
