Mayday Recruitment is looking for a Graphic Designer
to join a busy, fast-moving creative team based in Rhodes. This is a fantastic stepping-stone role for a junior designer
who wants to build real commercial experience in a supportive corporate environment.
About the Role
You’ll join a small, energetic design and marketing team where your work will be seen across multiple brands and live campaigns every day. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with plenty of variety - no two days are the same.
You’ll be responsible for bringing creative assets to life across multiple channels, with your time split across:
- Social media design and content creation
- Out-of-home advertising (signage, print, and campaign assets)
- Resizing and adapting creative across multiple formats and platforms

Key Responsibilities
- Resizing and adapting images for multiple platforms
- Designing social media tiles and digital content
- Creating signage, documents, and marketing materials
- Supporting general layout and production design tasks
- Handling a high volume of incoming design requests
- Maintaining brand consistency across all assets
About You
- Some experience in graphic design (junior to mid-level ideal)
- Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop essential)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing clean work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help the team
