We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Administrator to join a well-established professional services organisation for an immediate temporary assignment. Supporting a busy legal team, this role will suit someone with a strong background in legal administration, paralegal support or legal coordination who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-level administrative support to legal professionals and wider team
- Managing complex diaries, inboxes, travel arrangements and scheduling
- Drafting and formatting legal documents, correspondence and reports
- Supporting file management, document control and record maintenance
- Assisting with billing, expense management and matter coordination
- Liaising with clients, courts and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently
- Conducting legal research and supporting preparation of briefs and documentation
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with legal processes and deadlines
- Previous experience in a Legal Assistant, Legal Administrator or Paralegal role
- Strong document management and administration skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience supporting legal teams in commercial, corporate or family law environments highly regarded
- Available to commence immediately
