The Opportunity

Our client is a globally recognised infrastructure organisation working across commercial and major infrastructure projects.  With operations in multiple countries and a strong presence in Australia known for driving large scale projects.

Due to continued business growth, an opportunity has been created for a Legal Contracts Manager to join the Legal team, reporting directly to the Legal Counsel. This is a rare chance to step into a newly created role where you can genuinely shape how contracts are managed and supported across the business.
You’ll work closely with commercial and operational teams, providing practical contract guidance while becoming a trusted business partner across the organisation.
This role is ideal for someone with a legal background who enjoys commercial problem-solving and stakeholder engagement, and wants to build a long-term career working in-house within a global organisation and enjoys contracts management.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Reviewing, drafting, and amending sales and commercial contracts
  • Supporting contract negotiations and execution
  • Partnering with stakeholders across sales, operations, and leadership
  • Providing clear, practical contractual advice
  • Supporting contract governance and process improvement
  • Helping build scalable contract management practices as the business grows
You may be:
  • A lawyer looking to transition from private practice, or
  • A recent law graduate with hands-on legal experience, or
  • A legal contracts professional
  • Experience in conveyancing, corporate, commercial, or construction law will be highly regarded.
You’ll also bring:
