Mayday is partnering with a respected organisation in the funeral services sector to recruit a Location Manager . This role is ideal for an experienced leader who can drive operational excellence, financial performance, and team development while delivering compassionate services to the local community.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing a funeral services location and team in line with brand standards

• Achieving case volume targets of 250–500 cases and managing EBITDA performance

• Overseeing operational and financial performance, including DOA up to $5,000

• Building and maintaining relationships within the local community

• Supporting health, safety, and compliance standards across the site

• Driving local marketing initiatives to grow market share and service awareness

Essential:

• Management experience in a service-driven organisation or the ability to quickly learn

• Proven ability to achieve financial and operational targets

• Skilled in developing and maintaining business and community relationships

• Experience managing teams and locations effectively

• Current unrestricted driver’s license

Desirable:

• Understanding of funeral service operations or ability to rapidly learn

• Broad retail, hospitality, or sales management experience

• Justice of the Peace qualification (or willingness to obtain)

• Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related field

• Lead a respected team delivering essential services to the community
