This role is ideal for an experienced leader who can drive operational excellence, financial performance, and team development while delivering compassionate services to the local community.
The RoleAs a Location Manager, you will oversee a single site, ensuring operational efficiency, meeting case volume targets, and implementing effective local marketing initiatives. You will lead your team to provide outstanding service while managing financial performance and local community relationships.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing and developing a funeral services location and team in line with brand standards

Achieving case volume targets of 250–500 cases and managing EBITDA performance

Overseeing operational and financial performance, including DOA up to $5,000
-
Building and maintaining relationships within the local community

Supporting health, safety, and compliance standards across the site

Driving local marketing initiatives to grow market share and service awareness
Essential:

Management experience in a service-driven organisation or the ability to quickly learn

Proven ability to achieve financial and operational targets

Skilled in developing and maintaining business and community relationships
-
Experience managing teams and locations effectively
-
Current unrestricted driver’s license
Desirable:

Understanding of funeral service operations or ability to rapidly learn

Broad retail, hospitality, or sales management experience

Justice of the Peace qualification (or willingness to obtain)

Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related field
