Make the move into a hands-on finance role in the logistics sector! We are seeking a professional, detail-focused Management Accountant to join a busy contract logistics team.
This role gives you the chance to join a supportive team while working across reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for multiple business units.
- Rate: $$50–70 p/h + super, depending on experience
- Full time hours: Monday – Friday
- Office-based in Kenwick, WA
- Temporary role for 3 months

- Exposure to a variety of finance tasks, including P&L reporting, month-end close, cash forecasting, and stakeholder engagement

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly and monthly P&L reports for multiple contract logistics businesses
- Ensure accurate month-end close and reconciliations for balance sheet and control accounts
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, and reforecast cycles
- Analyse financial and operational performance, providing actionable insights
- Support year-end and half-year reporting and liaise with external auditors
- Prepare cash forecasts, capital expenditure business cases, and customer profitability analysis
- Act as a point of contact for corporate finance queries
- Produce ad hoc reports and analysis to support business decisions
You will need:
- CPA/CA qualified, or equivalent, with a tertiary degree in Accounting/Commerce
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a commercial or operational finance role
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders from non-finance backgrounds
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and/or Oracle Financials preferred
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or distribution is advantageous but not essential
