Marketing Coordinator
Location: 
Chatswood | Full Time Office Based

Package:  $65K - $85 Base DOE + Super

Mayday is partnering with a well-established, Australian interior manufacturing business to recruit a Marketing Coordinator. Supporting multiple nationally recognised brands, this role plays a key part in delivering integrated campaigns across retail showrooms, digital channels and traditional media during a high-volume promotional period.

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will include a broad range of marketing coordination activities, such as:
  • Coordinating and distributing marketing collateral including catalogues, flyers, point-of-sale materials and digital assets
  • Managing the briefing, development and approval process of creative assets for monthly promotional campaigns
  • Supporting integrated campaigns across TV, radio, digital and in-showroom channels
  • Assisting with the coordination of photoshoots, events and brand activations
  • Updating digital displays and showroom creative materials
  • Supporting social media activity across multiple brands
  • Assisting with website updates and content management
  • Helping coordinate digital campaign rollouts
  • Preparing and distributing marketing and lead performance reports (daily, weekly and monthly)
  • Providing administrative and project support to the broader marketing team, including senior leadership

About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
  • 1+ years’ experience in a marketing support or coordinator role
  • Previous experience in a retail or consumer-focused marketing environment (advantageous but not essential)
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing deadlines
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with the confidence to work autonomously
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Professional presentation and a team-oriented mindset
  • Exposure to digital marketing (highly regarded)
