We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the growth and visibility of multiple business units. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and can balance creativity with data-driven thinking.
What’s in it for you?
- $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 + Super (depending on experience)

- Full-time office-based position with hours of 8:00am – 4:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Support the delivery of integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, social media, and events
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences
- Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, digital assets, and promotional materials
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities
- Analyse campaign performance using tools such as HubSpot
- Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
- Plan and coordinate events such as trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Takes initiative and ownership of tasks
