Campaigns & Customer Engagement
- Lead marketing initiatives across email, web, social, and paid channels
- Optimise campaigns and communications to improve results and engagement
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements based on data
- Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows
- Build segmentation, nurture sequences, and lifecycle communications
- Ensure data quality, reporting, and ongoing process improvements
- Turn product features into clear, customer-focused messaging
- Maintain brand consistency and optimise communications across channels
- Help refine positioning and storytelling based on customer insights
- Coordinate agencies, designers, and consultants to ensure quality and deadlines
- Support referral, advocacy, and partner programs to drive adoption and growth
- Oversee touchpoints across the customer journey from onboarding to advocacy
- Optimise activation and engagement through structured campaigns
- Support industry events, trade shows, and related campaigns
The ideal candidate:
- 4–6 years in SaaS, tech, or B2B marketing
- Strong hands-on execution experience
- Commercially aware with an understanding of marketing’s role in revenue
- Confident to challenge ideas constructively
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Experienced with CRM or marketing automation tools
- Experience marketing to trades, SMEs, or automotive sectors
- Experience in a scaling SaaS business
