We're partnering with an innovative Australian brand to find an experienced Marketing Manager! This is your chance to lead the delivery of major campaigns and customer initiatives, working on nationally recognised projects that could shape the future of the customer experience.

The Role
  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Managers, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that support go-to-market plans.
  • Acting as the central point of coordination across multiple marketing channels and stakeholders, you'll ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard, all whilst keeping the customer at the forefront.
  • Leading the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from brief through to post-campaign review
  • Developing customer-led marketing briefs that inform campaign strategy and creative direction
  • Managing the successful delivery of go-to-market initiatives aligned to business and customer objectives
  • Working closely with agency partners and channel specialists across email, performance, digital, social and catalogue.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly across multiple channels
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing results and identifying opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement
  • Leading post-implementation reviews to improve future campaign and brand performance
  • Championing brand consistency across every customer touchpoint
  • Building strong relationships across Marketing, Commercial, Customer Growth, Customer Engagement and external agency partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully

About You
  • We're looking for an organised, energetic and commercially minded marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing complex projects together.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution
  • Strong project and campaign management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience developing marketing briefs and working collaboratively with creative, media and agency partners
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence navigating multiple rounds of feedback and competing priorities
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to use insights to inform campaign direction
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to keeping projects moving
  • Experience managing large-scale campaign execution across multiple marketing channels
