MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a busy and well-established day surgery in Granville to recruit a permanent Full-Time Medical Receptionist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive healthcare team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
About the Role:
This role sits within a high-volume endoscopy centre, seeing approximately 6,000 patients per year. You’ll be part of a collaborative front-desk team, typically working alongside several other reception staff to ensure a smooth patient experience from arrival to departure.
- Permanent full-time position
- $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 + super
- Monday - Friday: 7.00am - 3.30pm or 8.00am - 5.00pm
- Located in Granville
- Only 200 metres from the train station

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is warm, approachable, and confident dealing with patients in a clinical setting. While medical reception experience is preferred, attitude and communication skills are just as important.
You’ll ideally have:- Experience with Medicare and private health insurance billing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A friendly, patient-focused manner
- The ability to work well in a busy environment
