This opportunity sits within a highly respected specialist insurer known for its expertise in commercial motor, heavy motor, fleet, transport, and logistics insurance . This is not your typical high-volume, transactional claims role – you’ll be working across more complex motor portfolios where service, technical understanding, and stakeholder management really matter.

• Exposure to complex, commercial and heavy motor claims
• Broker-facing role with a strong relationship focus
• Manage a portfolio of approx. 200–250 ongoing claims
• Work within a well-established, market-leading insurance environment

• Manage end-to-end motor claims
• Coordinate repairs and liaise with suppliers and assessors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a dedicated panel of brokers
• Provide updates and guidance to stakeholders throughout the claims process
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliant file management
• Negotiate fair and commercially sound outcomes
• Contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency and claims performance

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience in commercial motor, heavy motor, fleet , or well-developed domestic motor claims
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using claims systems and Microsoft Office
• Customer-focused with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
• Stable employment history and openness to developing within insurance
