Your day‑to‑day

  • Assess vehicle damage to determine the safest and most cost‑effective repair method

  • Conduct post‑repair inspections to ensure work meets high quality and safety standards

  • Provide professional advice to customers both over the phone and face‑to‑face

  • Prepare clear and accurate reports while negotiating repair costs with partners

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain strong service and operational standards

  • Support business performance through accurate, quality‑focused decision making

  • Work with repairers to achieve the best outcomes for all stakeholders

About You

  • Trade‑qualified in the motor body repair industry
    (Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology or equivalent)

  • Minimum 5 years’ hands‑on experience as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter or Motor Mechanic

  • Strong understanding of repair processes and up‑to‑date industry knowledge

  • Experience in preparing quotes and estimates

  • Customer‑first mindset with strong communication skills

  • Confident using technology and systems

  • Able to work autonomously while contributing to a team

  • Current valid driver’s licence
