This role will see you leading the multimedia function across Queensland, ensuring the seamless delivery of high quality digital and printed materials that honour and celebrate lives.
The RoleWorking closely with internal teams and supporting a team of Multimedia Assistants, you will take a hands on approach to delivering customised multimedia content for funeral services.
Key responsibilities include
• Overseeing the end to end production of video tributes, audio and digital content
• Managing workflows, schedules and resource allocation to meet deadlines
• Leading and supporting a team, with proven people management experience required
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and families to gather and curate content
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for multimedia systems
• Maintaining high quality standards across all outputs
• Collaborating with marketing on template design and creative direction
• Managing multimedia resources and ensuring compliance with internal processes

• Proven experience in a leadership or people management role which is essential
• Strong background in multimedia production across video, audio and digital content
• Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and digital platforms
