Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end motor claims from initial contact through assessment, investigation, and settlement
- Provide guidance to brokers and stakeholders, explaining claims processes, documentation requirements, and next steps
- Assist clients and other parties in preparing accurate and complete claim documents
- Facilitate clear and effective communication to expedite the claims process
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Investigate claims to assess validity, including gathering evidence, interviewing involved parties, or collaborating with other professionals
- Negotiate with insurance companies to secure fair settlements, including discussing coverage, policy terms, and amounts
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance claims, ideally motor claims
- Solid knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple claims efficiently and accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Full Australian working rights or eligible for Working Holiday visa
