As a National Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business, working closely with sales, suppliers, and warehouse partners across Australia & New Zealand.
This is a fast-paced, varied position where you’ll gain exposure across multiple areas of the business, from order processing through to stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the key liaison between warehouse, 3PL partners, and retailers across Australia and NZ
- Supporting the sales team and internal stakeholders with ad hoc requests and problem-solving
- Managing orders end-to-end, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Assisting with reporting, data analysis, and business insights
About You
- Experience in FMCG, eCommerce, or a similar fast-paced environment (not essential—attitude is key!)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- A team player with great energy and a positive attitude
- Comfortable getting stuck into backend admin and day-to-day operations
- Calm, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Open to Working Holiday Visa (WHV) candidates
