MAYDAY Recruitment is proud to partner with an innovative, cloud-based SaaS provider supporting the automotive industry. This growing business delivers a powerful platform that streamlines workshop operations, including bookings, invoicing, inventory management, and customer communication.
We are seeking a driven New Business Sales Consultant to join the team and play a key role in customer acquisition and revenue growth.
As a Sales Consultant, you will identify and convert new business opportunities within the automotive sector. You’ll engage prospects from inbound and self-sourced leads, conduct product demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle through to close.

About the role:
  • Identify and prospect automotive workshops, dealerships, and fleet businesses
  • Engage leads through cold calling, email outreach, and inbound follow-up
  • Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to build pipeline
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to close new business
  • Manage opportunities through the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up
  • Provide tailored solutions that address client challenges and operational needs
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to share market insights and customer feedback

About You:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, technology, or software
  • Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility quickly
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable managing your own pipeline
  • Confident using CRM systems and virtual sales tools
  • Automotive industry knowledge is advantageous but not essential
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
