Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or Recruitment Manager looking for your next opportunity in the public sector?
We partner with a range of NSW Government agencies and are building a talent pool of skilled recruitment and talent professionals for upcoming contract and temporary opportunities across a variety of departments and workforce programs.
The responsibilities of each position will vary, but as a Talent or Recruitment professional within government, you may be required to:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across high-volume and specialist vacancies
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver strategic workforce and recruitment solutions
- Provide advice on NSW Government recruitment policies, processes, and best practice hiring frameworks
- Coordinate advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities
- Prepare recruitment reports, workforce insights, and briefing materials for senior stakeholders
- Support workforce planning, talent pooling, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with relevant government legislation, policies, and procurement guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR within NSW Government or the broader public sector
- Strong understanding of government recruitment frameworks, processes, and compliance requirements
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple business units
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive, adaptable, and team-focused approach
