- Oversee daily office operations and act as the central point of contact for staff and visitors
- Coordinate meetings, events, and schedules to keep the team connected and on track
- Manage correspondence, supplier relationships, and office supplies
- Support leadership and HR with onboarding, internal comms, and general admin
- Foster a professional, friendly, and inclusive office culture
- Previous experience in office management or senior administration
- Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude
