What You'll Be Doing
No two days will look exactly the same, but you'll be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and ensuring the team has everything they need to succeed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day to day operations of the office
- End to end invoicing across multiple business units
- Coordinating facilities, suppliers, contractors, and office services
- Preparing reports and supporting business administration
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and workplace resources
- Supporting leaders and teams with a range of administrative tasks
- Coordinating meetings, events, and workplace initiatives
- Identifying smarter ways of working and improving processes
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you're someone who loves being the person people rely on.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator, Team Administrator, or similar
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative
- Strong communication skills and a naturally approachable style
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Office and systems skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for creating a great workplace experience
