This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality service standards, managing site operations, and leading a team to ensure exceptional care for families and the community.
The Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of operations, ensuring services are delivered in line with company standards while driving continuous improvement and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support operations staff across site services
- Oversee park development, maintenance, and presentation of facilities
- Partner closely with sales teams to deliver seamless service outcomes
- Manage site performance, budgets, and financial targets
- Ensure compliance with WHS, risk, and company policies
- Drive operational improvements and change initiatives
- Build strong relationships within the local community
- Handle customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels

- Proven leadership experience in operations or service-based environments
- Strong people management and team development skills
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and targets
- Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and resilience
