What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the end-to-end payroll process, particularly around complex issues that arise during weekly pay runs

• Conducting root-cause analysis on escalated payroll cases to drive accurate outcomes

• Assisting with payroll-related project deliverables and implementation activities

• Identifying, escalating, and mitigating risks relating to pay accuracy

• Acting as a payroll subject-matter expert to support consistent and compliant payroll delivery

• Working closely with the Enablement Lead and Product Owner to ensure the right resources are aligned each pay cycle

• Checking that all components of payroll processes are met each week and escalating any gaps

• Supporting Payroll Officers with complex transactions across weekly agile delivery cadences

• Maintaining confidentiality, data integrity, and strong governance across people systems

• Identifying continuous improvement opportunities to enhance payroll accuracy and team productivity

What you bring

• Solid payroll experience within complex or high-volume environments

• Experience with major payroll systems (SAP / SuccessFactors / Kronos highly regarded)

• Strong investigation, escalation management, and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and comfort working to deadlines

• Collaborative, proactive and team-focused approach
