This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior HR Administrator, Payroll Administrator, Rostering Coordinator or Workforce Administrator looking to step up. If you have experience across HR administration, payroll or rostering and enjoy working with systems and data, this role offers the opportunity to learn, develop and become a specialist in Time & Attendance.
Working as part of a collaborative HR Systems team, you'll play a key role in maintaining employee data, rosters and workforce information across multiple systems. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who is eager to expand their technical skills and take the next step in their career.

Length of assignment: 3 months temporary role
Hourly Rate: $36.81 per hour + Super
Location: Rhodes (4 days in office 1 from home)
The Role
As the Time & Attendance Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining employee records, roster templates, new starters and system updates within the Time & Attendance platform.
- Supporting the flow of employee data between HR, Payroll and workforce systems to ensure accurate payroll outcomes.
- Assisting with reporting, system administration and day-to-day data maintenance using Excel and HR systems.
- Troubleshooting basic system issues and supporting process improvements.
- Working closely with HR, Payroll and Operations to provide reliable administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
You'll have some knowledge of HR administration, payroll, rostering or workforce administration and be looking to build your knowledge within HR Systems.
You'll also bring:
- Exposure to a Time & Attendance system such as Humanforce, Kronos or a similar platform is preferred but not essential.
- A basic understanding of payroll processes and employee data management.
- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Experience in healthcare, aged care, government or another award-based environment will be highly regarded.
