We are are currently a Payroll expert to join our client in Rozelle for an initial temporary period of 4 weeks - with the possibility of extension or conversion to permanent!

The Role
- Take ownership of BAU payroll process - manage end-to-end payroll for approximately 120 staff, across a mix of permanent and casual team members, on a weekly basis
- Support with award interpretation - interpret and apply clauses across the hospitality award
- Maintain data integrity - utilise internal systems to track and manage payroll data, providing exceptional attention to detail and working with the business to rectify errors
- System use - use your expertise in Employment Hero to manage the payroll process end-to-end
- Collaborate with the wider finance team - support the team across AP, AR and general finance with enquiries
- Enquiry management - be the first point of contact for staff regarding payroll enquiries
About You
- Experience in the use of Employment Hero is essential - unfortunately candidates with no experience in Employment Hero cannot be considered
- Expertise in payroll management with experience of managing complete end-to-end payroll for approximately 200 people
- Bonus points for candidates that have worked in the hospitality sector!
- Experience in learning and interpreting awards
