About the Company

  • Interpret Awards, Enterprise Agreements and relevant legislation, translating requirements into practical payroll and system outcomes.
  • Support the review and implementation of new or amended Awards and employment conditions.
  • Assist with payroll data validation, reconciliations and identifying discrepancies during testing.
  • Work closely with Payroll, HR, project teams and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve system or payroll issues.
  • Document testing outcomes, issues and process requirements.
  • Support parallel payroll runs and pre- and post-go-live activities.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong background in end-to-end payroll, ideally within a medium to large or complex environment.
  • Solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Experience with payroll systems, system testing, UAT or payroll transformation projects.
  • Ability to review and understand pay codes, payroll rules and system configuration.
  • Experience supporting the implementation or introduction of new Awards, EBAs or payroll conditions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Key Benefits

  • Opportunity to work on a high-profile ERP implementation.
  • Hybrid working and flexible arrangements.
  • Collaborative project environment with exposure to payroll transformation.
