Payroll Systems Administrator | Support and optimise ADP payroll systems, reporting, integrations and process improvements.

About the Company

Our client is a major workforce employer with a large and diverse employee population. They are seeking an experienced Payroll Systems Administrator to support the ongoing management, maintenance and optimisation of their payroll and workforce management systems.

Working closely with Payroll, HR, Finance and operational stakeholders, you will act as the key systems resource, ensuring payroll data integrity, system functionality and reporting accuracy across the payroll function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll systems specialist who enjoys working at the intersection of payroll operations, technology and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain payroll and workforce management systems, including ADP.
• Manage system configurations, updates and user access requirements.
• Support payroll reporting, data analysis and system reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve payroll system issues and data discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll system controls and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures and user guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, reporting and system functionality.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a Systems Administrator or Payroll Systems Specialist role.
• Strong hands-on experience with ADP
• Experience working with workforce management, rostering or time and attendance systems.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll data structures and system integrations.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Experience supporting payroll system upgrades, implementations or optimisation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
