- Visit multiple sites across Sydney to partner directly with leaders and deliver coaching.
The Role:
- Partner with leaders across the full employee lifecycle.
- Provide advice and coaching on employee relations matters, including performance management, workplace investigations, misconduct and grievances.
- Build leadership capability through proactive coaching and practical HR guidance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and partner with hiring managers to attract and retain high-quality talent.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Contribute to People & Culture projects, including employer branding, employee engagement, culture surveys, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships through regular site visits and operational support.
- Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team across recruitment, learning and development, payroll, and HR operations.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture Advisor role.
- Strong employee relations experience with confidence managing complex workplace matters.
- Demonstrated experience coaching and influencing leaders to achieve positive people outcomes.
- The ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced, operational environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Experience using HRIS systems, with SuccessFactors exposure considered advantageous but not essential.
