MAYDAY Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced Performance & Reward Manager. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced Total Rewards professional to shape and drive performance, compensation and reward strategies across Australia and New Zealand.
Working within a collaborative People & Culture Centre of Expertise, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing and continuously improving performance management, remuneration and benefits programs that support business growth, employee engagement and organisational success.

The Opportunity:

Reporting into senior People & Culture leadership, you will lead the development and execution of performance and reward initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders, Finance and HR teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic people decisions, drive best practice reward frameworks and deliver meaningful business outcomes across a complex, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Performance & Reward strategy across ANZ
  • Manage annual remuneration reviews, salary benchmarking and bonus planning
  • Drive performance management frameworks and annual review processes
  • Oversee incentive, benefits and recognition programs
  • Maintain job evaluation and remuneration frameworks
  • Deliver workforce analytics, reporting and reward insights
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and governance requirements
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide expert reward advice and support key business initiatives
โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹About You:
  • 8+ years' experience in Performance & Reward, Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards
  • Strong knowledge of remuneration, performance management and incentive programs
  • Experience managing annual remuneration cycles and salary benchmarking
  • Strong analytical skills with HRIS, Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to influence at all levels
