About the Role
In this role you will support two senior leadership teams, delivering executive level assistance while coordinating and monitoring engineering project activities. You will be the trusted right hand to senior stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient delivery of project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leaders
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, meetings, and documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders
- Format tender documents and prepare pitch packs
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and inbox correspondence
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Maintain accurate records, registers, and project files
- Contribute to process improvement across administrative and project workflows
- Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Project Administrator
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Work in a collaborative, professional, and people-focused environment
