We are partnering with a highly respected, boutique professional services firm to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to support five Partners within a close-knit team of eight.
This is a permanent part-time role (4 days per week) offering flexibility, autonomy and exposure to senior executive-level clients across Australia, Europe and the US.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Partners’ schedules and the office environment, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for their clients.
While the role has busy periods, this is not a frantic, chaotic environment — it suits someone organised, calm and detail-oriented who enjoys working with people and logistics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full diary and calendar management for five Partners
- Coordinating domestic and international travel (Australia, Asia, Europe & US)
- Liaising with senior EAs and executive-level clients
- Managing emails and phone communication professionally
- Ensuring trips, meetings and engagements run seamlessly
- Office coordination: printers, stationery, kitchen supplies and IT troubleshooting
- Preparing meeting rooms and hosting clients when required
- Organising catering and setup for meetings and small events
- Supporting monthly meetings and quarterly team days
- Light event hosting and occasional client coffees
- Partners have different working styles and personalities, so strong interpersonal skills and adaptability are key.

About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a PA supporting senior leaders or Partners
- Strong diary management and travel coordination experience
- High attention to detail and pride in things running smoothly
- Confident working with senior executives and their support staff
- Calm under pressure with the ability to manage busy periods
- Tech confident, particularly with Microsoft Office (SurveyMonkey & Doodle training provided)
- Professional, warm and service-focused
Role Details
- Permanent part-time: 4 days per week
- Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 2 days from home
- Hours approx. 8:00–5:00 or 9:00–5:30
- Salary: $80k–$90k inclusive of super (pro rata)
- Annual bonus of up to 10% of base salary
