Salary: $80,000–$90,000 incl. super (pro rata)

We are partnering with a highly respected, boutique professional services firm to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to support five Partners within a close-knit team of eight.

This is a permanent part-time role (4 days per week) offering flexibility, autonomy and exposure to senior executive-level clients across Australia, Europe and the US.

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Partners’ schedules and the office environment, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for their clients.

While the role has busy periods, this is not a frantic, chaotic environment — it suits someone organised, calm and detail-oriented who enjoys working with people and logistics.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Full diary and calendar management for five Partners
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel (Australia, Asia, Europe & US)
  • Liaising with senior EAs and executive-level clients
  • Managing emails and phone communication professionally
  • Ensuring trips, meetings and engagements run seamlessly
  • Office coordination: printers, stationery, kitchen supplies and IT troubleshooting
  • Preparing meeting rooms and hosting clients when required
  • Organising catering and setup for meetings and small events
  • Supporting monthly meetings and quarterly team days
  • Light event hosting and occasional client coffees
  • Partners have different working styles and personalities, so strong interpersonal skills and adaptability are key.

About the Business
  • Boutique firm with long-standing Partners (some together 16–20+ years)
  • Works with a small number of senior executive clients at any one time
  • Clients include major organisations across Australia and internationally
  • Values discretion, attention to detail and high-quality service
  • Supportive handover provided by the current PA to ensure a smooth transition

About You
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a PA supporting senior leaders or Partners
  • Strong diary management and travel coordination experience
  • High attention to detail and pride in things running smoothly
  • Confident working with senior executives and their support staff
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to manage busy periods
  • Tech confident, particularly with Microsoft Office (SurveyMonkey & Doodle training provided)
  • Professional, warm and service-focused

Role Details
  • Permanent part-time: 4 days per week
  • Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 2 days from home
  • Hours approx. 8:00–5:00 or 9:00–5:30
  • Salary: $80k–$90k inclusive of super (pro rata)
  • Annual bonus of up to 10% of base salary
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA looking for flexibility, stability and a role where quality and relationships genuinely matter.
