As the Pre-Paid Funeral Specialist, you will be responsible for growing your portfolio by developing strong referral networks, generating new business opportunities and providing personalised consultations to clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with individuals and families to discuss pre-paid funeral options
- Building referral partnerships with community groups, healthcare providers and local businesses
- Networking within the community to generate new client opportunities
- Preparing quotations and pre-paid funeral contracts
- Clearly explaining products, pricing and payment options
- Managing your sales pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Achieving monthly sales and business development targets
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
- Representing the organisation at community events and local networking opportunities
You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys meeting new people and building trusted relationships. You're confident having meaningful conversations, can navigate sensitive topics with empathy, and have a proven track record of achieving sales success.
